  After three unsuccessful years trying to find the right vacation home in the Mt. Hood area, my wife and I went to Liz Warren to get her help in early 2017. The challenge for her and for us was to find the right place in spite our living in Ohio, with only one scheduled trip to the mountain. When we visited in July, every house that she showed us could have met our needs. Liz' experience, perspective, and responsiveness were absolutely invaluable as we developed an offer for the vacation home that best met our needs, and later when we worked through the inspections. While Liz was in a unique and sometimes very challenging situation where she was representing both the seller and the buyers, she was very thoughtful, ethical, and balanced in fairly representing both of our needs, never making us feel pressured to accept the seller's position throughout the negotiations that led to closing on the house. After the sale, Liz has consistently been there for us, referring us to great service providers and arranging for them to have access to the house while we were away. The vacation home is the 10th property we've purchased, and Liz has proven to be the best realtor my wife and I ever worked with. We highly recommend her to anyone that might be looking to buy or sell a house in the Mt. Hood area. Mike McCandless

  Liz was great to work with in our recent purchase of a forest cabin! She was dependable, thorough, and very knowledgeable on both the inventory and the "ins and outs" of the cabin buying process. We highly recommend Liz and would absolutely use her again!
